As avid fitness enthusiasts, we have a problem with never knowing what our heart rate when we exercise. That is why we created an iOS app to utilize our phone's flashlight to be able to monitor our heart rate by placing a finger over the flash light for 15-20 seconds. After it returns the number, the user has the options to change their heart rate to the desired number by clicking on the types of exercises they can complete, such as fat burning, strength, etc.

We want our users to be able to exercise effectively and be more informed about the types of exercises that they should be completing. We are proud of the flashlight feature as well as telling the user the types of exercises.
