Heart_Disease_Prediction

Heart Disease Prediction using scikit-learn helps machine learn and analyze the condition of the patient heart so that it can predict any potential heart disease that the person might get in future. This helps save the time and resources that were being vested by doctors and the patient to diagnose the same. Hence speeding up the process of disease diagnosis and treatment. This method is also cost effective as compared to traditional methods.

This project is made possible by the implementing the power of Machine Learning and Data Science. The machines prediction is pretty accurate as its build upon a ton of historical data base of previous patients.

I hope this project of mine can create some impact in the way diagnosis has been done since ages.
