Inspiration

We were thinking about a social app that can be built in 24 hours while We are having fun and learning new stuff.

What it does

With this app you can post messages/news/advices to people nearby, also you can chat with them and see their posts.

How I built it

We built it with Meteor

Challenges I ran into

It was our first time working with the Google Maps Api but it was awesome and We learned a lot.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We were able to finish a simple but complete app in a short time doing a great team work.

What I learned

This is our first time in a hackathon and was the first time for some of us working with Meteor so We learned new technologies and networking with other teams, it was fun to drive meters away and see how the application behaves.

What's next for hearme

We are planning to publish it on Google Play and see how the people uses it.
