We wanted to create a solution that helps people take better control of their health through a simple, unified app. With the rise of sedentary lifestyles and fast food culture, many struggle with fitness, diet, and general wellness. Healty Health was born from the idea of empowering users to track their fitness, nutrition, and overall health in one intuitive place.

What it does Healty Health is an all-in-one fitness, nutrition, and wellness app. Users can:

Track workouts and physical activity

Monitor calorie intake and nutrition goals

Set and follow personalized health plans

Sync with Google Fit and Health Connect

Stay motivated with progress tracking and smart suggestions

How we built it We built the app using Expo (React Native), allowing us to create a cross-platform mobile experience efficiently. We used Bolt.new and GitHub Copilot to boost productivity during development, especially when building UI components and integrating health data APIs.

Challenges we ran into As the project grew, we faced longer response times from AI tools, which occasionally slowed down the development workflow. Also, integrating health data across platforms (like Google Fit and Health Connect) was complex and required careful permission handling and API testing.
