Inspiration. The current suffering of the whole industry is in front of our eyes and needs no explanation. We decided to tackle the 1st and 2st theme of the competition, since Health and Sanitation is key to a confidence boost and a full recovery, and by strengthening the post-Covid restart we improve the customers experience
What it does, We built an App for the collection of personal, health and travel data in exchange of accolades and benefits. The data will be shared with different level of security access by the different stakeholders (Airlines, Airports, Government agencies, Doctors, Health Authorities). Such forward data will be very useful to target offering and adapt to the increase in demand as soon as it is manifesting0. All stakeholders will receive aggregated data and take decisions accordingly. We believe that by offering an immediate return we may obtain more willing support from Corporate travelers, the market that probably will be the most affected in the years to come. The App enables contact tracing using Apple and Google API, and by loading all different event in our back-end platform, which runs on Ledger, certifies health events, enabling pre-flight scrutiny and obtaining "Fit for Flight" green light, thus speeding up all the check-in, security and passport controls checks, and avoiding quarantine restriction upon arrival. Accomplishments that I'm proud of. I made a very good prototype, a nice presentation and most of anything, our App can truly benefit the industry. Our Mentor Kevin had the ability to make me focus on the things that mattered the most to obtaine the best possible outcome
What I learned. Hackatons are not a piece of cake, but they are fun!
What's next for HEALTRAX. We will embed the App in our current tracking device offering, thus making our value proposition even more global and effective, covering the Corporate Traveler. We will look for partnerships with airlines and CTM, making our PaaS more easy to adopt through our APIs. We look forward receiving some feedback from all of you.
