Picture this: You wake up in the morning, rush to get ready for work, hastily grab a quick breakfast, and then, just like that, you're off to face the world. You're so engrossed in meetings, deadlines, and responsibilities that the state of your body becomes an afterthought. We're all guilty of this at some point. The days blur into weeks, the weeks into months, and before we know it, we've neglected our own well-being, not realizing that our bodies are sending us silent signals that often go unnoticed. And that's where HealthyEats can be important. It acts as a bridge between your busy life and your health. It provides insights into your body's state and suggests ways to improve it.

What it does

User Profiling: Allow users to input their personal details, including height, weight, dietary preferences, and food availability. Terra API Data Collection: Collects health data, such as sleep patterns, calorie consumption, energy levels, and daily step count. Data Analysis: Utilize Large Language Memory (LLM) models to analyze user data and provide personalized health insights. Personalized Recommendations: Generate actionable recommendations based on the user's unique health and fitness metrics, promoting a healthier lifestyle. User-Friendly Interface: Create an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for a seamless user experience.

What we learned

Hackathons are fun even if you get to sleep 2 hours in 36 hours. The pursuit of knowledge and the adventure of building something innovative are the most rewarding aspects of any hackathon. Its about pushing the boundaries, exploring the unknown, and having fun along the way

What's next for HealthyEats

Telemedicine and Consultations: Enable users to consult with healthcare professionals or nutritionists directly through the platform for personalized advice and guidance. Accessibility Features: Ensure the platform is accessible to users with disabilities by implementing features like screen reader compatibility and text-to-speech options.
