Many common diseases such as hypertension and diabetes can be prevented or offset by a change in diet, sleep, or exercise regimen. We made Healthy, Happy Lifestyle to help people improve their diets, water intake, sleep, or exercise regimen by tracking their progress through a point system. We built this program with HTML/CSS and Java on repl.it. We hope to continue extending our program by creating a database to strengthen the cybersecurity and increasing the features.
