Inspiration

As someone who values healthy lifestyle for sustainable and lifelong hapiness. I tried to search for several diet planners online but haven't found satisfaction with any of them.

What it does

My app considers an individual physical features, mental state and meal type to recommend a healthy meal recipe and also an activity which helps both physical and mentally to get the individual mood better.

How we built it

We use the individual's age, weight, height and mood along with meal type to recommend healthy meal recipe which nourishes individual's physical and mental state.

Challenges we ran into

unable to create more options with physical activity. it is restricted to the same response all the time. I tried tweaking advanced parameters but haven't helped much.

Happy to participate that is the only accomplishment.

how we can be creative with no code apps and customize to our need.

What's next for Healthy and Sustainable meal advisor

make it more efficient in terms of recommendation and consideration of the input to provide better and more options in the output.
