Inspiration

Healthcare can often feel complicated, inaccessible, and reactive. We wanted to create HealthWise to empower people with easy-to-use, reliable tools that help them understand and manage their health proactively — all in one place.

HealthWise puts the power of prediction, prevention, and knowledge directly into the hands of users, enabling smarter, earlier decisions about their well-being.

What it does

HealthWise offers a comprehensive suite of health and wellness tools to support your well-being:

--Symptom Checker: Quickly check symptoms and get information about possible conditions and next steps. --Next Diagnostic Steps: Clear recommendations like tests, doctor visits, or home care advice.

--Food Database: Detailed nutrition facts, benefits, and potential side effects of foods.

--BMI Calculator: Calculate your Body Mass Index and understand your health risks.

--Health Tracker: Record and visualize your health data over time.

--AI Doctor: An AI-powered virtual assistant that provides instant health advice and guidance.

How we built it

HealthWise was primarily built using Bolt.new, leveraging its low-code platform to rapidly develop interactive features and smooth user flows. We integrated:

The AI Doctor feature, powered by AI technology, to offer users on-demand health guidance. . Deployment on Netlify to ensure fast, reliable, and accessible delivery of the app. the deployment was super easy thanks to the bolt.new's feature by which we can deploy our project to netlify directly from bolt.new

The focus was on building an intuitive, responsive interface accessible on any device, with support for dark mode and clear navigation.

Challenges we ran into
