The idea for HealthWise was born from the need to bridge gaps in healthcare accessibility, proactive management, and mental health support. We envisioned a system that empowers patients to take control of their health while enabling healthcare providers to deliver smarter, data-driven care. Our goal was to create a seamless, real-time solution that leverages AI to revolutionize remote patient monitoring.

What it does

HealthWise is a comprehensive Remote Patient Monitoring System (RPMS) that offers:

• Real-time vitals tracking and health insights using wearable devices.
• AI-powered predictions for early diagnosis and proactive care.
• Seamless telemedicine for remote consultations.
• Medication adherence tracking and reminders.
• Mental health support through mood tracking and mindfulness features.
• Emergency response with SOS alerts and health data sharing.
• Smart Health ID for quick access to medical history.
• Professional networking and career development tools for healthcare providers.

How we built it

We utilized a combination of Flutter, Firebase, and AI/ML models for seamless functionality. The backend was powered by Firestore for real-time data management, while wearable devices were integrated using Bluetooth and Wear OS. AI-driven health predictions were built using machine learning algorithms, and a smart dashboard was designed for intuitive insights.
