Inspiration

In public hospitals across the world, especially in under-resourced regions, heartbreaking scenes unfold every single day: -Patients waiting hours, sometimes even days, without clear updates on their care. -Doctors are forced to make critical decisions with incomplete or outdated records. -Administrators are overwhelmed by paperwork and struggling to meet rising demand. These aren’t isolated incidents. They are the daily reality for millions, and they cost lives. We were inspired to build the HealthSync App, a platform designed to make healthcare connected, human, and intelligent. Why should healthcare still be fragmented in a world where digital systems streamline logistics, food, and banking? HealthSync bridges that gap, bringing clarity, coordination, and compassion into healthcare.

What it does

HealthSync App is an AI-powered health management platform that unites patients, doctors, and administrators in one streamlined system accessible from any device anytime. HealthSync empowers patients to track vitals, manage medications, schedule appointments, and follow personalized health goals, all with ease. Doctors can securely access real-time medical records and AI-generated insights, helping them make informed decisions quickly. Administrators in overburdened public hospitals can manage schedules, coordinate care, and reduce paperwork through a centralized dashboard. At the heart of it all is the HealthSync AI Assistant, a smart support chat that guides users through appointments, medications, health records, health goals, and more.

How we built it

We built a HealthSync App focusing on accessibility, speed, and real-world functionality. The app includes:

• Secure, role-based authentication for Patients, Doctors, and Admins.
• A real-time vitals dashboard showing Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Weight, and Temperature.
• Appointment scheduling, including rescheduling, video calls, and upcoming visits.
• Medication tracking with smart reminders and adherence analytics.
• Medical record management for both providers and administrators.
• Recent Activity tracking for metric changes and provider communication. -Upcoming Appointment views are needed to stay on top of scheduled visits.
• Health Insights panel with AI-powered trends, alerts, and health goal tracking
• A built-in AI assistant to guide users and answer personal health questions
• An emergency call feature for instant support and escalation.

Challenges we ran into

• Token limitations on Bolt.new.
• Handling complex logic in a no-code environment.
