▸ Inspiration
Post-hospital care is often fragmented—patients forget medications, miss follow-ups, and lack continuous monitoring. Studies show that nearly (43%) of patients miss medications within 30 days of discharge. This gap inspired us to build a system that ensures continuity of care beyond hospital walls.

HealthSync creates a connected ecosystem between patients, doctors, and pharmacies.
