Description

This project transforms conversations between healthcare providers and patients into structured SOAP-style medical notes, helping doctors save time, reduce administrative workload, and maintain accurate records. It also generates patient-friendly summaries, highlighting medications, treatment plans, and other essential information, enabling patients to better understand and remember important details. A complete transcript of each conversation is provided for reference.

The platform features a homepage and a signup/login system, with MongoDB used as the database to securely store user accounts, transcripts, and notes. The backend is built with Python and FastAPI, while Node.js manages server-side logic. The frontend uses React.js, HTML, and CSS for a responsive, user-friendly interface. Advanced AI technologies, including Whisper for speech-to-text transcription and Gemini API for intelligent summarization, ensure accurate and structured output.

By combining AI-powered transcription, full-stack development, and secure user management, this project enhances clinical workflow efficiency and improves patient engagement.
