That's the Expression

Asperger Syndrome is a developmental disorder characterized by significant difficulties in social interaction and nonverbal communication. Our project is a learning application to help Asperger Syndrome patients by testing them in different situations. It is divided into two parts wherein the first part is for testing a patient's emotions with the random images, and in another part, we are taking one small quiz on fix interval during learning to check its response.

I worked on integrating the vision api to detect the emotions of the user and then saving that information. I learned a ton about python and was amazed how much could be done in just a few lines of code as compared to some other languages. I also learned about various python libraries such as matplotlib, nltk, google cloud apis, azure apis, and integrating all those in an app. My teammates are awesome and hard working so as a first timer in a hackathon, it was a really enjoyable experience.

I love solving new problems and learning new and complex techniques to solve them!
I worked on the logic as to how the people who are suffering from this syndrome can benefit from the app. With the help of the data collected via questionnaires that are based on different emotions, we tried to generate a pictorial representation for different emotions using a graph as it depicts a clear picture for any sort of raw data. We did this using the matplotlib and the mathematical implementation that I thought was suitable to look at such data related to a health learning application. We aim to include speech analysis in the future and make it more user friendly.
