  Disease Description

Our project is called HealthDive. This app's purpose is to help users become aware about common diseases to prevent them from getting sick. We chose this purpose because it is something that all people struggle with. They only get to fixing the disease after they have it. If we can prevent them from getting it at all, then it would be much better. We used MIT App inventor to do this. Currently, this app lets you consult with the AI chatbot and it tells you some of the most common viruses and diseases. Some challenges we ran into where that we where struggling with the data statistic part, where we used external data. We are proud that we got the chatbot to work and that were able to able to finish the project. We learned that choosing the theme and purpose is important. Same thing for the teammates. In the future, we would make a feature that tells you where the closest hospitals are, and a feature to chat with your personal doctor.
