HealthConnect Inspiration The idea for HealthConnect was born out of a desire to bridge gaps in healthcare access and create a community-driven platform for well-being. We wanted to offer a space where care and connection come together seamlessly.

What We Learned Throughout the journey, we discovered how small details, such as thoughtful design and user-friendly interfaces, can make a big impact in fostering trust. We also deepened our understanding of the challenges many people face in accessing reliable healthcare support and resources.

How We Built It HealthConnect was built using [insert tools, frameworks, or technology used—e.g., React, Node.js, etc.]. The project involved collaborative brainstorming sessions, consistent user feedback loops, and several prototypes before we landed on the final design.
