Inspiration
The healthcare industry struggles with streamlining workflows, reducing administrative overhead, and ensuring efficient patient-provider communication. Inspired by this challenge, we integrated cutting-edge technologies like Temporal, Simli, and Modal to build a robust solution that leverages LLM (Large Language Model) infrastructure for intelligent automation and improved patient experience.
What it does
Our platform enables intelligent appointment scheduling, automated notifications, and real-time updates to foster continuous care and streamline healthcare workflows for providers and patients. Looking ahead, it has the potential to automate all consumer-facing communication workflows, such as follow-up reminders, prescription refills, patient onboarding, post-treatment surveys, and even personalized care recommendations, transforming how healthcare organizations interact with their patients at every touchpoint.
How we built it
We used Simli for AI-driven decision-making, Temporal for reliable workflow orchestration, Daily.co for seamless video integrations, and Modal for scalable backend infrastructure.
