Problem

As the world turns more technology-based, why can’t the medical world get fully technological? Each person deserves to access to their medical records no matter their situation and it can be under one system, EZ Health. EZ Health is allowing for the patient to take control of their medical records and they can update their health information as needed. Our product can be used to identify those who are homeless to those traveling and needing proof of their vaccinations.

Solution

EZ Health will be a bridge of communication between the doctor and patient, but it won’t be just with their primary care physician but also with all healthcare providers and facilities they share. There will be no need to keep up with dozens of passwords as blockchain technology will allow for one password and a unique identifier that only the patient will know and will be changed each time they need to give authorization to someone.

EZ Health is a subscription-based platform that serves healthcare facilities as a way of liaison to their patients.

Marketing and Sales

During the first year of our sales and marketing, we will be building partnerships with Electronic Medical Records companies, governmental agencies, and local hospitals and healthcare facilities in Indiana.

Progress to Date

EZ Health is still being built and plans to be put onto a blockchain in the near future. We are still looking to make partnerships with several of those within the healthcare field.
