What it does

HealthBuddy calculates your Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR), which is the overall index of a person’s kidney function.

How it was built

It was built using simple HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Biggest Challenge

The biggest challenge I faced when building this web app was implementing the API. The API did not function properly and kept returning a 404 error. The initial idea of this program was to estimate the user's eGFR and check if their kidneys were at risk, and if they were, the application would return a list of doctors who work with kidney patients. The user could then connect with a doctor and ask for advice/tips.

What's next for HealthBuddy - eGFR Calculator

Due to the API error, the doctor recommendation function has not implemented into the program yet.
