Inspiration

Many patients, especially in rural areas, face long waits, unclear medical reports, and missed medications. Healthcare navigation is often confusing, and patients lack guidance on using hospital platforms. We wanted to create a platform that makes healthcare accessible, understandable, and efficient for everyone.

What it does

-Appointments: Book virtual or in-person appointments with categorized upcoming slots. -Documents Upload: Upload prescriptions, scans, and lab reports; AI interprets them into plain-language summaries. -Medication Reminders: Twilio SMS notifications ensure patients never miss medications, injections, or routines. -AI Health Assistant: Provides friendly guidance, answers health questions, and educates on medical t-terms. -Visual Health Education: AI-generated visuals explain procedures, medications, and health conditions. -Clinic Navigation Assistant: Guides patients through booking, uploading, and using the platform efficiently. -Doctor & Admin Dashboard: Manage appointments, view structured patient reports, and streamline workflows.

How we built it

Base44 entities & workflows for patients, doctors, appointments, procedures, and reports. Integrations: Base44 Image & Google APIs for OCR and data processing. Twilio for SMS reminders. AI assistants for report interpretation, patient guidance, and health education. Platform Design: Multilingual, lightweight, mobile-friendly, and scalable across clinics and regions. Challenges we ran into Designing for accessibility for users with low digital literacy. Integrating multiple APIs while maintaining fast, responsive performance. Ensuring HIPAA/GDPR compliance without affecting usability.
