Introducing Health4Life technology a platform that links Hospitals to patients and vice versa for easy access to healthcare services. Health4Life enables patients to sign up either through the website or USSD code and also sign in whenever they're not feeling well and need to seek medical attention. With Health4Life patient parameters like body temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, etc can be obtained through the issued electronic bracelet devices that have sensors to detect all that and be able to feed this information into the database. With this information, our platform is able to alert the patient to seek medical attention whenever their parameter readings are abnormal.

Health4Life works as an aggregator service that provides easy access to patient records and data across different health institutions by bridging the medical information transmission gap across verified health institutions. Our technology enables the doctor to access the patient's file in the database through a two- verification process of a 6 - digit password; one is sent to the patient and the other to the doctor attending to that particular patient. These passwords expire after 15 mins for the security of the patient's medical records. With this approach, Hospitals reduce duplication of patients' medical records, waiting time, and increase the effective time of attending to the patient.

Health4Life has improved the access to healthcare services for patients as they don't have to struggle queuing for long hours to do card registration, moving up and down to various departments to get their data processed. Also, they can easily walk into a new hospital and have their care continued from where it was stopped in the previous hospital. Patients or patients' family that needs urgent medical attention, can easily sign in to our Platform to look for empty spots in the nearby hospitals and order for a reservation. Additionally, Health4Life technology is able to search for hospitals with free Emergency spots and send the location to the corresponding patient. This allows the patient and relatives to go only to where they have a better chance of getting the service faster and also allows for efficient distribution and use of existing health infrastructures and personnel which translates to easier and better access to healthcare by the everyday person.

Our solution leads to better access to healthcare, early diagnosis, and timely intervention which increases the duration of life, reduces the occurrence of life-altering complications from diseases, and increases the productivity and quality of life for people. This enhanced approach for quick and convenient healthcare access aligned with SDG 3's goal of promoting good health and well-being.
