Inspiration

We wanted to create a simple, accessible tool to help people better understand their health. Many individuals experience everyday symptoms like fatigue, headaches, or mild discomfort but don’t know how to respond. With AI, we saw an opportunity to provide quick, actionable insights without replacing professional medical advice.

What it does

The Health & Wellness Analyzer allows users to input their symptoms and receive a structured response in three sections: 🧠 Meaning: What the symptoms might indicate. ✅ Recommended Actions: Practical steps to improve wellness. ⚠️ Things to Watch: Risks or warning signs that may require professional attention. The tool is fast, easy to use, and educational, helping users make small adjustments to improve daily health

How we built it

We built this project entirely in AI Studio using the Gemini 3 API. The app uses natural language processing to interpret user input and generate the three-section output. We focused on clarity and usability, using prompts to guide Gemini 3 in providing concise, helpful advice.

Challenges we ran into

Crafting prompts that produced clear, accurate, and well-structured outputs. Ensuring that the advice was educational, safe, and non-medical. Designing an interface in AI Studio that was intuitive and visually organized.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Developed a fully functional AI-powered wellness tool without writing traditional code. Achieved consistent, high-quality outputs for a variety of common symptoms. Created a project that can be used immediately by anyone for everyday wellness guidance
