Inspiration

The inspiration for Health Square came from the need for a quick and accurate diagnosis for medical reports and images. We realized that there was a gap in the market for a platform that could perform diagnoses on reports and images quickly and accurately at any given point. It is not an app but a Website that is more easily accessible to users all around the world.

What it does

Health Square is a comprehensive healthcare platform that enables swift and accurate diagnoses for fractures, tumors, blood reports, and thyroid conditions. In addition, we feature an AI-powered chatbot to address healthcare-related queries. Users can conveniently upload their medical documents for analysis, and the platform securely stores their diagnosed reports, ensuring easy access to their health records. Our goal is to provide users with a one-stop solution for medical assessments and information, streamlining their healthcare journey and enhancing their overall experience. We continue to explore opportunities for further improvement and expansion, aiming to remain at the forefront of innovative healthcare solutions.

How we built it

Health Square was constructed by seamlessly blending cutting-edge web development technologies with advanced AI capabilities. The user-friendly front end was designed using a combination of HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring an intuitive experience for our users. On the back end, we harnessed the power of Node.js with Express and relevant Node packages to create a robust and efficient system. MongoDB serves as the backbone of our database, securely storing user profiles, medical records, and diagnostic information. We also utilize Google Cloud Platform's Bucket for image storage and incorporated an AI system, integrated using Flask, to handle healthcare-related inquiries.

Challenges we ran into

The most significant challenge we encountered centered on seamlessly integrating the AI system into our platform to guarantee precise and informative responses to healthcare-related queries. Moreover, the implementation of an effective diagnosis for medical reports and image diagnoses, ensuring efficient communication between users and our platform, presented its own set of intricacies that required meticulous attention to detail.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our achievement in establishing a user-friendly and effective platform that elevates the user experience in accessing quick and accurate medical reports and image diagnoses. The seamless integration of the AI chatbot for healthcare queries has enhanced the interaction between users and medical services, streamlining the diagnostic process and ensuring a more efficient and accessible healthcare experience. Our HealthLocker and collections also help the patients to keep a record of their medical history in one place.

What we learned

Developing Health Square offered valuable insights into crafting an efficient medical report and image diagnosis system and the integration of AI to address healthcare queries. Gaining an appreciation for our Health Locker and collections of diagnosed reports in the healthcare domain was a key takeaway from our journey, further enhancing the user experience and ensuring the prompt delivery of medical diagnoses and information.
