Being able to save doctors time and save lives because of that was a major inspiration.
What it does
This tool is intended to help doctors who are often busy and working on a tight schedule to get their patients to answer basic medical questions using a questionnaire without them having to be present. This then allows the doctor to on a later time to input the users name and be able to see what the user had inputted for the questions.
How we built it
Using python and multiple dictionaries.
Challenges we ran into
Unable to write the code efficiently.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Being able to solve the problem of pulling up all the information of a patient.

How to solve problums like in this in the future.
What's next for Health questionnaire
My project could be used in doctor's offices and any place that involves a health care professional. Possibly in the future there could be a better UI for the project.
