My name is Kadeon and I worked in Public Health for many years. One of the challenges in healthcare is that people discover that they have a disease at a very late stage of the disease. Then it's often too late for treatment to work. Fortunately, there are screenings that can alert patients about signs, symptoms, conditions that could be indicative of a disease in its early stage. These screenings are powerful in that patients can receive an early diagnosis and then seek early treatment. By receiving early treatment, patients have a fighting chance to beat the disease. This web app is very simple. Users enter their age and zip code, and the results shown are recommended screenings for that age and also a list of clinics in that zip code that offer the screening.
