I always never got enough sleep due to the stress of high school and I thought that it didn't matter. But as time went on I noticed that my mental health was poor and I didn't know why. I was not tracking my sleep and I would sleep really late because of exams I had the next day. I would wake up early to study more and later I realized I was only getting around 5 hours of sleep a day. Tracking your sleep in some way is important to make sure you are sleeping for the right amount of hours (above 8 hours)
