  FTC Uromi Project - Health Chat Bot

Inspiration: withinnour locality we discover that many illiterate families hardly have access to good health services, from discovery it was said tombe that it was as a result of their poor educational background, thereby making them to go to the wrong hospital at times and most at times their lack of resources is also responsible for this.

What it does: the chatbot diagnose illness from the compliant and symptoms laid by the user, it also it also guides the user on how to administer first aid treatment when needed and finally it always direct the user to the right hospital for proper treatment.

How we built it: we built it using botpress for the coding aspect, YouTube for the videos which guided us, chatbot app for research, chatGPT which help us together with the chatbot app in writing out the code and Arvin which help.use to create the logo of our chat bot.

Challenges we ran into: we were confused due to lack of programming skills, when we wanted to publish our chat bot it gave as a serious headache that we almost got frustrated, but thanks be to God Almighty for seeing us through.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: this itself is an accomplishment, because we never thought that we would be able to create a chatbot with zero coding skills.

What we learned: we learnt how be conversant with the botpress environment which we used, with this we learnt how to create a simple chat bot with ease.

What's next for Health Chat Bot: the ability of the chatbot to display pictures, listen to audio and video all these will foster the functionality of this chat bot by far.
