Inspiration

The difficult situation that we, people around us and the people all around the world are in was the inspiration for this project.

What it does

This website Health Care is concerned with educating people with covid-19 in order to help them identify if there is possibility that they are suffering from the virus and in order to educate them about the symptoms and preventive measures. The website has self assessment questionnaire that can be used to measure possibility of Covid-19 and suggestion that they should follow. There is also the visualization of data from John Hopkins University and the list of tabulated data to help people understand the state of this disease in the world

Challenges we ran into

The major challenge we ran into was certainly being unable to manage time in a proper manner. The online classes and assignments had put us on the edge . The availability of large data sources but having difficulty finding the relevance was surely the next challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Being able to be a part of this virtual hackathon was undoubtedly the major accomplishment for us. Having never taken part in a virtual hackathon of any form so far we are glad that we were able to rejoice this opportunity.

What we learned

Getting to know how virtual hackathon is performed and the do’s and don’ts of working as a team is what we learned being a part of this hackathon.

What's next for Health Care

The next thing for Health Care would certainly be focused on the mental health of people. Though Covid-19 seems to be major concern today, the fact that there is rapid growth in suicide rate and people are slowly being being doomed by depression and other mental issues is not the fact to be ignored. So adding a chatbot to help people cope with their loneliness and story sharing platform would certainly be the next step.
