Inspiration
The COVID-19 pandemic is the defining global health crisis of our time and the greatest global humanitarian challenge the world has faced since World War II. This virus is spreading rapidly, and the number of cases is rising daily as our government works to slow its spread. As we know people are stuck in their houses so we have planned an idea to give the patients online service to predict their nutrition plan, predict their diabetes etc.
What it does
It gives the user to check their diet plan according to their BMI, predict if they are having diabetes, Book an appointment with the doctor, Estimate the budget they need to spent on a disease if they need treatment, map to locate hospitals, pharmacies, ATM and many other cool kinds of stuff.
How we built it
We used our knowledge of web development using languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, REACT NATIVE, BOOTSTRAP, JQUERY. We have hosted our project on 000webshost.com.
Challenges we ran into
It was very difficult to plan to make this application as many of us were having college exams but it was completed successfullly.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Even if we are able to address one query and reduce the level of anxiety among people, we see this project as successful. Medical departments to ease the collection of data and sending out reports too.
What we learned
We gained a lot of knowledge from the workshops and implementing that knowledge into our project. To complete the application in a restricted time was a learning for us that how we can complete our project within a certain amount of time with the best quality. Except from a technical point of view, we did learn an approach to solve a practical problem with the easiest and real solution
What's next for
Integrating it with traveling sectors for scaling the project. Providing track of their swap reports and tentative dates to reduce the burden of patients to go to hospitals. Also, reaching to more users so that they have a chance to plan their treatment by checking the budget they need to spend.
