Today, many people struggle to understand whether the food they consume suits their personal health conditions. Generic diet advice often ignores individual factors such as age, symptoms, or existing health issues, leading to confusion and poor dietary choices. Users also find it inconvenient to manually search for nutritional information or interpret medical terms.
This project was built to bridge that gap using a simple, visual, and personalized approach. By allowing users to upload a food image and select relevant health issues, the app leverages AI to analyze the food and present clear risk levels, reasoning, and modification suggestions tailored to the user.
