Regular exercise and Physical activity and Proper Diet increase muscle strength, bone density, flexibility, and stability. Physical fitness can reduce your risk for and resilience to accidental injuries, especially as you get older. For example, stronger muscles and better balance mean that you’re less likely to slip and fall, and stronger bones mean that your less likely to suffer bone injuries should you take a tumble. As we have seen that people spend more of their time on their mobile phones so an application which helps them to track their fitness would be a great move to help them realize that on the scale of 10 what is their level of fitness.
We strongly believe that this would help people as the application is user-friendly and full of aesthetics to enhance the appearance.

You can use this app to check the level of fitness in your life You will get a score according to your answers which will help you to evaluate the level of your fitness . This app will also help in raising awareness among the people related to fitness and it's importance.

We have Created a website for our Hack too🌈🧿

as we wanted more people to know about this hack which can help them , we have created a website too which will allow us to spread awareness and importance about fitness .

We had so much fun in the team formation, and making this Mobile App and we have used Canva to enhance our project UX/UI. We have built this on Android Studio using Kotlin and XML.
