Physical fitness can reduce your risk for and resilience to accidental injuries, especially as you get older.
For example, stronger muscles and better balance mean that you’re less likely to slip and fall, and stronger bones mean that your less likely to suffer bone injuries should you take a tumble.

You can use this app to check the level of fitness in your life
You will get a score according to your answers which will help you to evaluate the level of your fitness .
This app will also help in raising awareness among the people related to fitness and it's importance.

Challenges we facedπŸ†πŸ„β€β™‚οΈ

We had so much fun in the team formation, and making this Mobile App and we have used Canva to enhance our project UX/UI. We have built this on Android Studio using Kotlin and XML.
