Inspiration
We need ASAP to be prepared for returning to the normal life where the balance between health and work must be better managed. Using leading edge for that solution would be a well way to do it.
What it does
Health Alert keeps connected the companies with their employees sharing information from both sides to make the best decisions. The information is related to the environmental conditions that could be favorable or unfavorable for propagating the virus to others; colleagues for example.
Information such as temperature and humidity is a good way to prototype the solution.
How I built it
The solution has at least 3 layers: 1.- IoT Sensors Using sensors to measure a group of metric from the employee's environment and send them to the central system. The prototype will be done with the friendly kit Arduino for circuits, considering sensors like temperature, humidity, battery, signal and active devices, has a DC engine, leds, servo-engine.
2.- API Services & Health Rules With a engine of rules, will be determined if there is any state of alert to consider. If that condition achieves so the alert will be created and will "gate" some actions; for example email, notification (mobile), even blink some light or switch ON a motor.
3.- Blockchain network To keep all the information securely saved, the blockchain network will have the trace of the measures and alert inmutable. This could be useful to do the processes "auditable".
Challenges I ran into
How to use these new technologies to help in a real challenge what is Business continuity protecting the employees.
For that we need to connect 2 kind of information: metrics and alerts.
For this first step, we will focus on very normal metrics like temperature and humidity, because are simple to understand and the sensors are easier to acquire during this time.
We will have 2 modules in the system: 1.- Alert report: To report all the alerts that have been created, with a simple query calendar to select a different date and navigate for the days.
2.- Monitor measure dashboard: A graphical from end, showing the information coming from sensors, located in 3 different locations.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Connecting leading edge technology such as blockchain and IoT to offer a practical solution for the World. That complex know how requiere a lot of patience and knowledge to connect and synchronize all the parts working well together.

What's next for Health Alert (Blockchain + IoT)
We need to enrich and enhance this prototype in the following areas: 1.- IoT Sensors include other kind of sensor and using more precise of them.
2.- Front-end features Include more functions as dashboard and graphical features (mobile timeframe for example)
3.- Performance issues Prepare the solution for better performance when the amount of people and sensors increase
