Inspiration
The inspiration behind Healporium comes from addressing the challenges in accessing affordable healthcare, managing medical expenses, and improving overall well-being. The platform aims to bridge healthcare gaps by offering medical credits to ease financial burdens and providing a centralized health log for seamless access to medical records.
By integrating IoT for real-time health monitoring and AI for personalized care, Healporium empowers patients to take charge of their health. It also streamlines processes like appointment scheduling, billing, and pharmacy coordination, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
The vision is to promote preventive healthcare, offer virtual trainers based on health data, and foster financial inclusivity by allowing patients to access care without immediate financial strain. Blockchain ensures transparency and security, building trust in the system.
Healporium was created to democratize healthcare, making it accessible, efficient, and data-driven for everyone.
What it does
The project addresses the issue of fragmented healthcare records and the financial strain on patients who may struggle to afford necessary medical services or medications at critical times due to unsystematic medical record and less details and payment issues. Patients often face difficulties in accessing their historical medical data or paying for medical services upfront, which can result in delayed treatments and increased healthcare costs. There is also a need for a centralized system where doctors, pharmacies, and patients can seamlessly share and access necessary health and billing information in real-time.
How I built it
Register as patient , doctor , drug store and trainer for account of healporium in vultr database and for bank details logs and payment. Login will allow the patient to access to the feature as medical details , bill details, payment , health log , patient health , exercise and more. Vultr database holds record of all patient id, details prescription and their information. Medicine details holds with the prescription which stores the details of previous drugs of the disease and which doctor prescribed it. By vultr account a credit will be allocated for people to give collectively money to doctor, as if one patient have to switch doctor and they ran out of cash and they want to save their cash for medicine bill , tests, or any other cash related work. Healporium will provide credit or limited ease to repay as for now and will be covered within a limited time and it dues not cleared then rest of the doctor will be notified about the dues left of the patient . As per patient weight , height, body condition and doctor recommendation, the exercise and timing will be scheduled. For some special patient constant health will be monitored . Same as the health log contain the detail about the condition of patient with previous doctor, tests, weight ,platelets etc. whatever the test will be conducted. As appointment will provide a reliable and suitable appointment with doctor and show the waiting time in clinic and if the drug store is attached with doctor recommendation then it will automatically instruct the drug store about the prescribed drug by doctor. So it will be pre packed and healporium will ask for one tap payment and provide token. In this way the timing in the drug store will be efficiently saved.
