The Challenge In Indonesia, thousands of children still face growth failure due to nutritional gaps during the First 1,000 Days of Life. Parents often struggle to identify nutritional needs and understand their baby's signals, leaving them overwhelmed and increasing the risk of stunting.

The Solution Healora is an all-in-one AI-driven Baby Care Assistant designed to prevent stunting through data-driven parenting. We bridge the gap between parental concern and professional care with three core features:

AI Food Analyzer: Instantly scans meals to analyze nutritional content, ensuring children receive the required protein and essential nutrients.

AI Cry Analyzer: Translates baby cries into actionable insights (e.g., hungry, sleepy, or in pain), reducing parental stress and improving care response.

Records History: An integrated growth log that tracks feeding habits, cry patterns, and physical growth, serving as a reliable health record for pediatrician consultations.

My main contribution to this project was developing both the frontend and backend of the application. I was responsible for implementing the user interface, building the core functionality, and connecting the frontend with the backend and database.

I also worked on the overall technical implementation of the project, including structuring the application, developing the main features, debugging errors, and testing the system. Although this was a team project, I was heavily involved in the hands-on development process and wrote a significant portion of the code for both the frontend and backend.

In short, my primary role was as a full-stack developer, responsible for turning the team's ideas and concepts into a functional application.

Dr Bug
As the Machine Learning Engineer, I was responsible for researching and validating AI solutions, evaluating technical feasibility, and helping shape the project's AI direction. I initially explored an infant cry analysis approach, but after identifying limitations in the available datasets, I proposed pivoting to an AI Food Scanner feature to deliver a more reliable and practical MVP. I also designed the AI workflow, developed prompt engineering for Google Gemini Vision, assisted with AI integration into the web application and Supabase backend, tested and validated AI outputs, and collaborated closely with the team to ensure the solution was technically feasible, user-friendly, and aligned with our hackathon goals.
