Inspiration
Creating a website on mental health can be a great way to raise awareness and mental health issues.
What it does
Nowadays we can see cases of mental issues getting risen be it anxiety disorder, depression, PTSD, etc. By comparing the early days of mankind and this modern day, we can see the overwhelming amount of cases of such these days and that also, especially in youth. And this is due to this judgemental world that never fails to judge each other on every aspect which makes the patient insecure about sharing their problems. So we wanted to erase this barrier for them by creating a website where they can talk to others, people share their feelings, can talk their hearts out "anonymously".
How we built it
we built it with the help of HTML language we were a little bit familiar with the language.
Challenges we ran into
The most challenging part was to do things together as no one in our group had prior experience of making a project in a group and working on this project for our first hackathon while our end-semester exam was going on put more pressure on us.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Despite all the challenges mentioned above, we pulled it off somehow and our website is working as it is supposed to which made all efforts worthwhile.
What we learned
We learned how to work in a team and meet our loopholes professionally. Since this was our first hackathon we got to learn new things.
What's next for Healershub
we want to reach out to more and more people who need the help of HealersHub by making it a large-scale website.
