Inspiration It's only because of the soldiers we live peacefully. The credits for our safe and sound life goes to our Indian Army without a doubt. When it comes to border security it is always risky. Mostly army officers die while securing our border. The worried all of us a lot and we wanted to contribute to the army from the knowledge we have gained so far. Inorder to reduce manpower in the border, we gave our idea the shape.

What it does Our setup consists of motion sensor and IR thermal camera as the key components. Incase of any suspicious activity the motion sensor interfaced with 8051 microcontroller at first senses it and alert the people via monitor. People can then refer to the output of the IR thermal camera attached at the border which presents us the temperature change in the atmosphere using which we can confirm the security breach that's about to happen and act accordingly.

How we built it We built it with the help of our mentor Dr.T.Jayanthi mam from our department. We made use of thermography techniques, sensors and microcontrollers

Challenges we ran into Detection of living and non-living things. That was a great challenge for us but then came life detectors which we'll later include in our circuit.

Accomplishments that we're proud of Less complexity. We were able to deduce wavelength from the temperature our we got in the IR thermal camera

What we learned We learned to interface the hardware with the software. And about the amazing features of thermography and what's used worldwide to detect infiltration without human resource.

What's next for HE-6 Better identify the type of weapons the terrorists carry.
