Inspiration

The inspiration behind Hazlo came from a desire to turn curiosity into action. In a world where AI can provide instant answers, I felt the need to build a tool that goes beyond that—something that empowers people to create with their own hands, launch ideas, or make real decisions based on what they search for. This vision gained even more relevance after a 2025 MIT study revealed that over-reliance on tools like ChatGPT can lead to cognitive debt, reducing critical thinking and mental retention. Hazlo emerges as a response to that challenge: to use AI not to replace human thought, but to strengthen it.

What it does

Hazlo is an intelligent search engine that organizes information based on what users want to do, not just know. When someone searches for something, the platform segments the results into purposeful categories, such as:

Informational: to understand the topic.

Want to build it?: practical tutorials and blueprints.

Want to buy it?: reliable shops and suppliers.

How to start a business with it?: tools and guides for entrepreneurs.

It transforms a simple query into a roadmap of possibilities, reducing information overload and boosting action.

How we built it

Hazlo was built using Bolt , leveraging a range of carefully designed prompts to detect user intention and pattern types within searches. These tools allowed us to create a modular, fast, and mobile-friendly platform that delivers structured, reliable, and contextual information.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was getting the AI to accurately identify the user's intent behind each query. At times, the results felt fragmented or irrelevant. But through ongoing iteration, training, and refinement, we managed to develop a model that effectively connects search intent with real-world application. Another challenge was ensuring the experience felt seamless and intuitive on all devices. Although there are still problems categorizing information, this is one of the pending challenges with the page, which will be improved to achieve the desired results.

What's next for Hazlo!

We want to continue improving classification accuracy, expand the available languages, and add different methodologies to help people become better and create amazing things.
