What it does

Assist young entrepreneurs in their early days of their entrepreneurship journey through legal advice and entrepreneurship tips.

How we built it

We used the gemini API coupled with some advanced prompting to create a flow that allows for a productive helpful conversation.

Challenges we ran into

The implementation of Hexabot was quite tricky, it was our first time working with dockers and Hexabot and we kept running into errors. We also faced a problem regarding NLU where setting intents one by one felt counterproductive. Getting used to the interface, the elements and eventually creating flows and prompting LLMs definately took some time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We got some experience with using docker, the helpful supervision of the Hexabot team made the experience of using Hexabot much more fruitful as they took time to explain cruicial elements in regarding docker, and technical elements regarding Hexabot itself. We got familiar with prompt engineering and some NLU concept on our failed journey to setting up the NLU part of the project. We experienced as beginners to hackathons teamwork and pushing through a challenging night of hacking. We met new awesome people that share our interests and fields of study.

What we learned

We learned the value and the means of implementation of Hexabot. We learned some dockerisation concepts. We learned how to integrate plugins into Hexabot. We learned how to work as a team.

What's next for Hawessa

Experience the NLU part further, arrange plugins that allow for the LLM to connect to legal documents to give more professional and fine tuned solutions.
