Inspiration
We were inspired by the #HackHarrasement campaign.
What it does
This Chrome Extension, converts hateful speech into positive messages.
How we built it
We used a mix of Javascript and Python for the main part of the application. In addition to some CSS and HTML for styling and markup of the Chrome Extension.
Challenges we ran into
Figuring out the best way to get the Chrome Extension to talk to the Python backend server. In addition, right before presentations at the end, our project crashed.
