Hastings Direct Support bot

Inspiration

We were inspired by other live support chat bots and we wanted to improve upon them.

What it does

Our chat bot specifically helps with insurance related questions and queries.

How we built it

We used a combination of LLMs, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, LLamaindex and Vector databases to help create our chatbot create our bot.

What's next for Hastings Direct Support bot

We can implement live agents to help answer queries that the bot cannot. We can also add optional functionalities like image reading and helping get insurance quotes.
