Hashproof Health Consent is a blockchain enabled healthcare consent system designed to make patient consent transparent, tamper-proof, and cryptographically verifiable. In real healthcare environments, patient consent is often captured on paper or stored in centralized databases where records can be altered, misplaced, or deleted without a trace. This project aims to solve that problem by combining blockchain immutability, digital signatures, and secure off-chain encryption.
