HarvestPulse was inspired by the challenges faced by farmers in many parts of India and around the world. Agriculture remains the backbone of millions of livelihoods, yet farmers often struggle with unpredictable weather, crop diseases, unawarness of market prices, and limited access to timely information.
Growing up in Tamil Nadu especially from a farming background , I observed how difficult it can be for farmers to make important decisions regarding crop selection, irrigation, and selling produce. Many of these decisions are still based on experience alone rather than data-driven insights. But in the current growing world data driven insights would help farmers.
We wanted to explore how artificial intelligence and modern technology could make farming more accessible, efficient, and sustainable. This led to the creation of HarvestPulse, an AI-powered platform that provides personalized crop recommendations, plant disease detection, weather insights, and market intelligence to help farmers make informed decisions.
Our goal is simple to empower farmers with technology and contribute to a future where agriculture is smarter, more productive, and more sustainable for communities locally and globally.
Building this web was challenging but great. I faced struggles in collecting verified data.
The vision is simple, empower farming for the empowerment of all.
