What it does
Our application leverages AI to streamline and optimize the application process. The application will take relevant information about the company as input and use that to match the grants that best-fit their needs. An LLM will use the best information it's given to create a response that's tailored for a specific grant - making the whole process simpler.
Challenges we ran into
The hardest part of the application was determining how to leverage AI in a non overpowering way. AI should be used to take away laborious or tedious work, not to completely take over the process. We came to a solution that works alongside human input to better the experience.
What we learned
It's very difficult to define exactly what you're trying to build. We went through many iterations before landing on something that felt interesting and useful.
