Our project, FuturePath, is a smart career-guidance and mentorship platform designed to empower school and college students with personalized, real-time learning and career support. The solution uses AI-driven assessments to identify a student’s strengths, interests, and learning style, and then maps them to future-ready career paths in STEM and beyond. FuturePath connects students with mentors, scholarships, competitions, and learning resources tailored to their profiles. Using a combination of machine learning, skill-tracking, and adaptive recommendations, the platform continuously updates each student’s roadmap as they grow academically and personally. The project aims to bridge the gap between raw talent and real opportunities—especially for students with limited access to guidance. By offering a unified dashboard, mentorship hub, real-time progress insights, and community challenges, FuturePath helps students discover their potential early and stay motivated throughout their journey. Built with an intuitive interface and scalable infrastructure, the platform is designed to make high-quality guidance accessible to every learner. Through HorizonHacks, our goal is to create a tool that truly supports the next generation in making informed, confident, and impactful career decisions.
