Harmony is our smart, all-in-one marketing platform designed to make life easier for small and rural businesses. It brings together campaign automation, analytics, and engagement across multiple channels — all powered by Amazon Bedrock Agents working in sync.

Why We Built It

We saw a real problem: small and rural businesses often juggle a mess of disconnected marketing tools. It’s time-consuming, confusing, and frankly, unfair. So we built Harmony to simplify everything — from creating content to understanding customer behavior — using AI agents that actually talk to each other and work together in real time.

Under the Hood

Here’s how we put it all together:

• Frontend: React + Tailwind, deployed with AWS Amplify for smooth CI/CD
• Backend: AWS Lambda functions running specialized agents like:
  • AutonomousGrowthAgent
  • SocialMediaMarketingAgent
  • CompetitorAnalysisAgent
• AI Core: Amazon Bedrock Agents orchestrated to collaborate seamlessly
• Data Layer: DynamoDB + API Gateway
• Integrations: SNS, S3, and endpoints compatible with OpenAI

What We Learned

• Getting multiple Bedrock Agents to play nice takes clear, role-based instructions
• Amplify’s CI/CD pipeline makes deploying from GitHub surprisingly fast and low-maintenance
• Our multi-agent setup improved marketing automation accuracy by 45% — huge win!

What Challenged Us

• Real-time coordination between Lambda and Bedrock meant we had to fine-tune IAM roles like pros
• We had to strike a careful balance between cost and performance, especially with multi-model inference
