HappyMeet is a new age employee productivity application. It uses a unique methodology to solicit and collect the feedback of employees regarding the organization’s work culture. The organization can then use the analytics module provided in the application the organization to harness this feedback and implement measures that improve the employee happiness. This regular interaction with the employee and the organization results in a virtuous cycle boosting employee HAPPINESS and hence improving productivity. As numerous scientific studies have shown, a HAPPY company is a PROFITABLE company.
How it works :
Just include [email protected] as one of the participants of your meeting. As soon as the meeting is over a one-question survey is emailed to all the meeting attendees, excluding the organizer. The employee responds to the survey by just clicking on an image and the response is recorded. As compared to other surveys, the HappyMeet survey has the advantages of being instantaneous, topically relevant, and easy to respond, thereby ensuring maximum employee participation.
We started working on this app from Dec 20th of 2014 and we are super excited to be part of this journey to boost the employee happiness. Work happiness and fulfillment reduces stress and make the world a happier place to live in.
