Inspiration

Everyone has wondered how to throw out something but we don't have sufficient knowledge on what's the proper, environmentally-friendly way to do it.

What it does

We built an app that will give you instructions on how to throw out anything from a Starbucks cup to an awning. All you have to do is type in the object or take/upload a photo of it.

We're really proud to finish the hackathon with a functioning application where no team members were experts in Android development or text & image processing and meeting the goals we set out for ourselves.

What we learned

Android development. It's important to go to the sleeping area early and get the air mattresses.
