Happiness Challenge
Yet another gratitude journal? Not quite. We took what's best from few techniques for improving your wellbeing and mashed them together in form of a 14 day long challenge.
Writing. Process of structuring random thoughts into writing helps us deal with both everyday issues and massive problems in our lives. Regularly writing down what's on your mind has actually been proven to have positive effects both on mental and physiological health.
Logging your subjective mental state. "What is measured, gets improved", enough said.
Gratefulness. Noting what you are grateful for is widely known and promoted way of making yourself happier.
Key to getting most of mentioned techniques is consistence - writing a journal entry once per month won't help you much. And I don't know about you, but stating "from now on, I will every day do [x]" never held much executive power. That's why we created this site - a tool to help you make a habit of making yourself happier every day through a challenge.
Writing down few thoughts that are in your head, noting how you feel and what are you grateful for today takes few moments but in time should give you huge mental benefits when done every day. Can you do it for 14 days straight? Go ahead and take up our challenge!
