T-Mobile is the 2nd largest carrier in the United States however it has come to our attention that T-Mobile has not had an internal reliable system to track consumer satisfaction. To address this issue our team developed T-mobile SmartTrack, a multifaceted Database system inspired by Windows Task Manager that monitors and stores real time data in 30 minute intervals. We focused on a consumer centric approach that incorporates technical data such as Network availability, surveys, and reviews.
